Return / Exchange Policy
Returns / Exchange:
- Returns / exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Please note that all items undergo inspection before they are released for shipping and all items sent out are in good condition and /or in the condition as advertised.
- Returns / exchange requests must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of item.
-In order to initiate the process please contact us via email to incyrooms@gmail.com . On the subject line, pls place your "order number - return / exchange" (example: 2075-return/exchange). Please provide us with the following information: 1) Date your packaged was received 2) Reason for the return / exchange 3) Attach image of Sales Invoice and / or packing slip 4) Attach images of product to to illustrate your point.
-Once return / exchange has been verified, client has 5 days upon verification to ship back items to Incy Rooms. Client shoulders shipping fee. We do not accept COD deliveries. Incy Rooms / Factus is not liable for and not limited to items lost in shipping / delivery or items , items not received by Incy Rooms, items delivered to the wrong address, stolen items, items damaged during shipping, and others. We advice you to use a reputable courier / forwarder with a tracking number and insurance. Client should email Incy Rooms the tracking number and other pertinent shipping details (i.e. copy of waybill ) .
-Returns and exchanges are only for items that are bought directly from Incy Rooms. If you purchased items from an authorized retailer please contact them to facilitate your return / exchange request.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products, samples, sale items, VIP orders, or custom / made to order items.
- All items purchased under promotion / sale / promotional bundles are considered final and cannot be returned. Please read listings carefully before purchase.
- Items must be sent back in new condition, unused, unopened, unwashed (this is for rugs, clothes, toys), with all the various labels and tags attached, and in original and complete packaging (this includes original box, Incy Rooms canvas bag, packaging material and box, plastic covers, and etc) to qualify for a return/exchange. Please do not modify the product in any way. Some of our products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Upon receipt of item/s by Incy Rooms, pls give us 7 working days to inspect the item.
- When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping) or replacement item will be processed and shipped / delivered to you. Please note that client shoulders the cost of shipping.
- We can only offer a one (1) time exchange. The cost difference and shipping will be held responsible to the customer. Once we receive your exchanged item and it has passed inspection, we can then process your new order.
- Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value. For greater value, client must pay for the difference.
- Refund is via your original payment method and is only the paid amount minus the shipping cost and other transaction fees that maybe incurred. For bank deposit / transfer and GCASH payment method pls give us 7 working days to process refund. For credit / debit cards, pls give us 14 working days to facilitate your refund though it may take about 3 weeks or more for it to be reflected back in your statement. This is dependent on your credit / debit card service provider.
- All bundled promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return / exchange. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.
- We do not accept third party exchanges or refunds. Only person's named on the order transaction (The Buyer) is eligible for refund / exchange.
- Gifted items are not eligible for refunds. They can be exchanged for any on hand item that is of equal or higher in value. Please note client must shoulder the difference and shipping costs.
- To qualify for a Gift exchange your name must be listed as the "Recipient" / "Ship to" or that you have in your possession a "Gift Receipt".
